PIH offers many solutions in design assistance to add value to our products.  In addition to the MT Pro design tool offering, we have 5 full time CAD engineers on staff that are available for any level of design needs you may have. This includes any size project from the very simple to the very complex. With our in house capabilities, all custom Bosch Structural Framing products are designed and documented in 3D solid CAD software. This ensures a precise fit, function, and efficient assembly during manufacturing. Paperless archiving of all documentation ensures designs can be reordered exactly as originally manufactured years after they are shipped.

PIH designers use the most recent release of Autodesk Inventor (trademark symbol needed) Product Design Suite. Full 3D CAD models can be provided to you for assemblies in various industry CAD formats including STP, IGES, Solidworks, and CATIA. PIH can also work directly from your CAD files in those formats

Standard drawing documentation is provided to you in PDF format well as Autodesk’s DWFx Design Review files. This allows an all-digital way to view, mark up, print, and track changes to Autodesk 2D and 3D files—without the need for CAD software.

So take advantage of our expertise and experience in design, manufacturing, and machining for all your Bosch needs!
