The multi-purpose tool for your production control

The Kanban cards are inserted into Systembox. Kanban formats from DIN A7 (74 mm X 105 mm) up to 1/3 DIN (100 mm X 210 mm). The Kanban cards are retrieved from empty containers and are inserted into the Kanban board (from left to right). The production should start when Kanban cards reach the yellow zone. When Kanban cards are in the red zone, production must start immediately.

Batch Kanban

The same methodology is employed as with the Signal Kanban. However, “full” boxes of the same product type are placed on the chute for production start.
 

Heijunka box

The Heijunka box serves as a production leveling tool (using Kanban cards).
