Designed for factory automation and robotic assembly, the MR Series features an open center, slip-roller design for accumulation, and precise product movement. These clean, quiet, and ESD safe conveyors offer fixed or adjustable widths, two roller types (standard, and edge handling), two rail options (standard and T-slot), and two drives (direct and belt driven), depending on your system requirements. The conveyor with cleanroom kit shown here includes the optional T-slot fastening rail and the vacuum motor enclosure.

MR Adjustable Power Rail Conveyor
This system couples the standard MR conveyor with a precision ball-slide carriage and track. Because a dedicated motor drives each rail independently, the width can be easily adjusted. This conveyor is ideal for applications that require the transport of products with varying widths and offers a cost-effective means for fast changeovers between these different products.

An optional setup (not shown) includes a single motor with a splined drive shaft.

The precision grade and length of the slide is customized to your requirements. Our standard lock-down handles may be applied to several types and brands of ball slides.
