Quickdraw Conveyors are a pioneering design providing high tech automation for many applications, including factories, custom machines, and laboratories. Quickdraw conveyors are modular, low profile conveyors, inherently quiet in their design and materials. In most applications, conveyor systems operate at sound levels below 65 dB. All components used in Quickdraw conveyors are made from high-performance, static-dissipating materials. All metal surfaces that provide a path to ground are nickel plated. All plastics in the grounding path are conductive or static dissipative (static discharge < 2 seconds per Mil B 81705c). Quickdraw conveyors were specifically designed to provide an economical solution for cleanroom assembly and manufacture. An independent analysis, performed by Dryden Engineering, confirmed the Class 1000 rating of our systems. We also offer a cleanroom kit for Class 10 applications consisting of end caps and a motor enclosure with vacuum fittings.
