At Pacific Integrated Handling we believe in adding value to the products and solutions that we sell. During the initial phases of a project we do this by offering a free Operational Efficiency and Optimization Analysis as-well-as offering services such as design and layout assistance. Further along in the project we add value with our machine shop and fabrication services that allow us to create custom parts and therefore custom solutions to your unique needs. No cookie-cutter solution here.

Our Project Management and Field Installation services allow us to create turn-key solutions for you. In addition to on-site installation services conducted by our experienced field technicians, PIH frequently processes permits, coordinates seismic analysis and obtains inspection sign-offs for our customers.

Pacific Integrated Handling’s value-add services don’t end once your system is installed or your custom structure is built and shipped. Our Systems Division will inspect and conduct scheduled maintenance on your equipment during the warranty period. After the warranty period, our factory trained technicians can continue servicing your equipment with a scheduled maintenance program, on an as-needed basis or in an emergency situation. Our Framing Division continues to service the customer after the sale by carrying extensive inventories of Bosch framing strut and connectors for modifying or adding to structures.
