Being a full service company means taking a project from start to finish… and this includes project management and installation. Our project managers and factory trained technicians have multiple years of experience and are the best in the business.
Project Management begins well before arriving at a customer’s place of business. Our Project Managers have decades of experience and have been involved with hundreds of installations so we want to take advantage of that experience and get our Project Managers’ input during the design phase.
Very often, especially with our Material Handling Division and occasionally with our Framing & Tool Division, once a design and/or solution has been finalized we are at a customer’s facility installing equipment. This is all part of being a Full Service Company that offers turn-key solutions.
Once an installation begins, PIH Project Managers are on-site and hands-on every day. Furthermore, project management and customer satisfaction is so important to PIH that it is not unusual to see our president or one of our VPs on-site on a regular basis.
A very important part of a successful install is the training of the end users of the new equipment and software. Training allows optimization of the production capabilities and efficiencies that the new equipment and system offer. At PIH a project is not complete until the customer is trained and comfortable with the new equipment and/or software.
