Pacific Integrated Handling is looking for a highly motivated goal-oriented individual who loves solving inefficiency problems and thrives on maximizing productivity. The person chosen for this position will be responsible for presenting innovative space-saving and productivity solutions to all types of businesses and customers.


Pacific Integrated Handling (PIH) was founded in 1981 to provide automated material handling systems for warehouse and manufacturing environments. Over the years our driving focus has remained the same, to help our customers achieve greater productivity, efficiency, safety and utilization of equipment and labor. With over 30 years of design, installation and full service support experience, PIH has built a reputation of being the premier company in our industry and can be counted on for our performance, innovativeness and responsiveness. Our expertise with storage and retrieval systems has expanded into additional areas such as clean rooms, hospitals and laboratories, beverage and food processing, petroleum and natural gas, and many other industries.

PIH has four offices which are located in Washington, Northern California, Arizona and Texas. We are experiencing a high volume of business in all of our offices but Northern California, in particular, has an immediate need for an experienced salesperson to help meet the demand.


This Sales position requires a high degree of customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills. Desired skills and traits include:

  • High desire to take care of the customer’s needs


  • Significant time in the field calling on existing and potential customers
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Responsible for filling sales Opportunities pipeline
  • Weekly reporting on Opportunities
  • Generating and presenting solutions and proposals
  • Showing Return On Investment (ROI) to the client
  • Utilizing and collaborating with the PIH sales support team
  • Trade show attendance


  • 2 years+ automated material handling sales experience desired but will consider:
  • Experienced sales professionals that are familiar with automated material handling concepts and have sold other products/solutions to PIH’s typical customer
  • Experienced automated material handling equipment technicians with a desire to move into sales
  • A proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to use basic business and communication software and technology including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows


PIH prides itself on providing its sales staff with a generous wage structure. Furthermore, several sales tools are provided and expenses covered to help meet and beat sales goals. These include the following:

  • Base salary plus commission
