Our department became involved with PIH during the design and construction of our new facility. Our experience with this company has been professional, beneficial to our organization, and very pleasant. The PIH staff worked well with our building contractor during construction.

The units we purchased were delivered and installed on time, per our contract. PIH staff supported the development of our database in the software. PIH staff assisted in slotting several thousand parts and creating a way to manage “off-site” storage units, five freezers and a gravity-feed rack. They worked long hours and modified work schedules to meet our needs. We discovered one unit issue during installation. PIH responded immediately, working with the manufacturer for a creative solution that met our needs. They installed the modified parts at a time specified to minimize disruption to our work.
