Optimizing Space

Modula guarantees maximum storage density to save the most space possible. The storage trays are able to be stored efficiently with the unit’s storage adjustability on 0.98” increments in combination with the available tray sidewall extensions. In addition the use of partitions and dividers inside the trays, guarantees maximum flexibility.

The touch screen console for managing Modula VLM’s is simple and intuitive: the operators have easy and immediate access to all functions of the Vertical Lift Module. The user interface features a colorful icon based environment with simple intuitive icons for easy daily use by all operators.

Customized Configurations

External picking bay - guarantees a higher unit performance that derives from the ergonomics of the work station and increases the level of safety to the operator. It also facilitates the use of external picking aides for the operator who is picking and handling the product, such as in the use of robots, manipulator arms, lifting devices, etc.

Internal picking bay - features a reduced footprint, providing space savings if the available area is particularly narrow.

Dual level tray delivery - internal or external, guarantees a very high throughput and eliminates stand-by time. While the operator picks from one tray the second tray is being retrieved and staged for delivery.
