Introduction
Since 1995, Pacific Integrated Handling has specialized in aluminum framing solutions. As North America’s largest Bosch aluminum framing distributor, we design custom structures that solve real problems on the shop floor, from ergonomic workstations to heavy-duty transport carts. Our new Application Catalog brings that range together in one place, and it’s worth a closer look at what’s inside.
Workstations Built Around the Operator
Workstations are the foundation of any productive facility, and our lineup covers a wide spectrum of needs. The Workstation 400-05220 combines a robust 45×45 aluminum profile frame with heavy-duty locking casters, a 1-1/4″ laminated surface, and a built-in 8-outlet power strip. For cleanroom environments, the Workstation 200-06120 adds a magnetic whiteboard, polypropylene shelving, and a Futura 3′ light kit with eye shields.
We also build for specialized use cases. The Command Center supports triple adjustable monitors with a LINAK control box for smooth positioning. The Workstation 100-26560 is engineered to hold six Dell monitors on Ergotron wall mounts and weighs in at roughly 523 lbs. And for teams that need to move their setup around, the Mobile Workstand adjusts from about 27″ to over 42″ with a fold-away crank handle and integrated rolling step section.
Tables That Adapt to the Job
Our tables range from fixed-height workbenches to fully powered lift and tilt systems. The Adjustable Work Table and Adjustable WorkBench both use 120V electric SUSPA lift systems, with capacities up to 1,000 lbs, so operators can dial in the right working height. The Lift and Tilt Table takes it further, combining Linak and Presto Lift actuators across a spacious 4′ x 8′ platform for material handling that needs both height and angle adjustment. For cleanroom applications, the Ergo Table pairs a 0.60″ stainless steel top with dual Linak DL6 actuators for precise, repeatable positioning.
Guarding That Protects Without Blocking Visibility
Safety doesn’t have to come at the cost of sightlines. Our guarding systems use clear polycarbonate panels, reinforced aluminum framing, and modular layouts that make reconfiguration straightforward. The Enclosure 200-08050 includes cleanroom-grade hinges and multiple hinged access doors, while the Guarding 100-28300 spans approximately 282 inches and incorporates Euchner safety switches on its door panels for reliable machine interlocking.
Platforms for Safe, Elevated Access
From a 17-lb Step Platform built to accept a customer-provided panel, to the Low Lift Platform stretching 195 inches with electric actuation between a 24″ and 42″ range, our platform solutions are engineered for stability under load. The Landing Gear Platform stands out for aerospace applications, with a 72″ overall height, 24″ wide steps, and detachable handrails secured by locking pin brackets.
Carts Built for Movement
Material handling only works if parts can move efficiently, and our cart designs reflect decades of real-world application experience. The Equipment Cart uses ESD laminated particle board shelves and conductive casters for electronics-sensitive environments. The 2.1 Cart features extendable arms, sliding shelf trays, and a Trilogiq tow hitch for integration into tugger systems. And for aerospace customers, the Winglet Cart is custom-engineered with a 155″ frame and precision foam padding to transport 737 winglet components securely, while the Cable Reel Cart handles reels up to 60″ in diameter using bronze thrust bearings and a hardened steel shaft.
